And this is one of the reasons why I never read WIP and won't be changing my behavior in this regard ever.

Is it a complete ban on incomplete works, or will you chance one if you know you've got enough story in there? I'm the latter. I won't read anything under 4 chapters, or 25k words. I figure that if they managed to get that far then there is something worth reading.
