(Anonymous) 2014-11-10 12:56 am (UTC)(link)Castiel has carefully looked after and preserved Jimmy Novak's wedding ring through all his/their assorted explosions and other horrible deaths. It was still in the pocket of the trench when Dean retrieved it from the reservoir, and Cas took it (with a few other important things) out of the coat before he left it behind in the laundromat.
The family photo that Bobby took of himself and the boys, the Harvelles and Cas in Season 5, had more than the one print Bobby burned at the end of the episode. He kept the negatives and made several copies, at least a few of which still survive, possibly in the boys' wallets or a safe or some other secure location.
Along the same lines, some of the contents of the Panic Room survived the fire that destroyed the rest of Bobby's house, and are still waiting patiently for someone to come dig through the rubble and find them.
In the Endverse, future!Cas lost his virginity to Annie Hawkins (the huntress with whom Bobby, Sam and Dean all had flings in the main timeline.)
