on a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 is True Detective and 10 is Murder She Wrote

I'm not sure what this means? Also I haven't seen either of those shows :/

I haven't seen True Detective, but interpreting it as "serious grimdark crime" as 1 and "light mystery with adorable characters running around solving crimes" as 10...3, maybe? It's very Serious Business and wants to make sure you know it is and it's one of those shows that's wrapped up in ambiguity and grey areas, but there are moments of lightness and the pov character is pretty sweet.
