Did you get your insurance from a state exchange or one of the federal exchanges? If it was federal, you might want to wait until the Supreme Court decides that one case that's asking whether the tax credit applies to the fed exchanges.

Other than that, it looks like your premiums are going up either way, but not reapplying is going to be the cheaper option. Sorry, I don't know a lot about how the ACA works.
