Re: Your shameful interests
Granted, I didn't want to, and I don't regret it, but sometimes it takes me aback. I wouldn't tell just anyone, "I've spent 600 hours on this series, haha."
Oh, and sports anime/manga. Again, not that there's anything wrong with anime or manga (or sports anime/manga), but the fact that I don't bother with sports at all unless it's in anime or manga form makes me feel a bit odd. It's just so ~dramatic~ and I can't help but love all the
gayfriendships.Re: Your shameful interests
(Anonymous) 2014-11-13 02:37 am (UTC)(link)I agree, though. Nothing wrong with gaming, as long as you balance the time against everything else. It's awesome to finally kill that boss that's been wiping the floor with you!
Re: Your shameful interests
I've (probably) spent 600+ hours on Dragon Age alone (played the first 4+ times, the second about the same), so that's a bit embarrassing. I don't want to think about all the other games over the years... (Or the Mass Effect universe...)
IA with that, though! There's something very satisfying about completing a long game. Considering how much time you spend leveling up in WoW, I'm sure you feel accomplished.
