What'd she do?

blatantly admit to not only doing some weird sexual stuff around and involving her sister and bragging about it like its some cute quirky thing, but also describing how she would intentionally upset her sister with bad news just to make her sister cling to her. That stuck out to me just as much as the whole "sexual" thing.

The sexual stuff was weird, but that wasn't the worst part of it. Kids do weird, inappropriate stuff all the time. What really weirded me out was that she was apparently still doing freaky stuff with her little sister well into her teens and then fucking bragged about it in a memoir.

Honestly, you can excuse the sexual stuff as a stupid kid being a stupid kid. But you don't brag about being a stupid kid and you don't use your sister to manufacture shock and awe as an adult.

Yeah true. I've had weird semi sex related thoughts involving a sibling once. But hell I never went out and bragged about it,and certainly didn't tell the sib because that would make things weird. To be honest, to this day I try to convince myself that I made it up and it never happened.

I wonder if Lena just lacks the ability to know when behavior is inappropriate and not something you talk about. Like I have fucking Asperger's and I understand better than her that you don't talk and brag about these things.

Though from what I saw...she almost comes off sociopathic. Especially the way she emotionally fucked around with her sister.

In an attempt to make you feel more normal, let me just say I've had two weird creepy (non-)incidents involving my slightly older brother:

1. I think I was like 8, and I asked to see his penis. It was not in a sexual way at all, I had no idea what sex was. Kids are just weird and curious. Anyway, he had clearly gotten the "bad touch" training and freaked out and told mom. I was mortified.

2. Sex dream, many years ago when I was maybe 12. It was weird and awful in the dream, so I think my subconscious was just fucking with me. God, I was so grossed out when I woke up.

Of course I never shared any of this shit until this very moment, and like hell would I ever share it while attaching my name to it. But yeah, try not to feel guilty about having a wandering mind -- that's just human nature.
