I don't doubt that people who can cite several articles on the reasons of rape/ravishing fantasies will have problems differentiating reality and fantasy, but I do worry for other people.

we can agree that lacking representation can cause shitty behaviour, prevents self-realization and self-confidence in some cases, right? like, heteronormativity, stereotypes, racism, sexism fucks up everyone etc. So why wouldn't internalized rape culture screw with our relationship to consent?

Especially younger fans can profit from a critical perspective+pretty kink shameless attitude (like I did).
