Manga:
Yotsuba&! really is pretty cool if you can at all get into slice-of-life about a small child.

Comic:
There's a new Squirrel Girl ongoing from Marvel. The first issue is being solicited now (until Tuesday in the USA). Because I am both ancient and stupid, I honestly have never bothered to figure out how Marvel's online stuff works.

Webcomic:
Ummm...Flaky Pastry is pretty fun if you like kitchen sink fantasy, and it doesn't take quite as much of an archive binge as a lot of webcomics.
And whatever John Allison is doing: Bobbins / Scary-Go-Round / Bad Machinery / et cetera. Wanders from slice-of-life to horror to comedy to parody.
