Eh? Like the above anon poster said - I really dislike the Celeborn-is-a-Teleri and Galadriel-had-special-permission-from-the-Valar stuff for the reasons you mention, but even in the published Silmarillion Galadriel isn't a kinslayer. She didn't take part in the First Kinslaying - only Fëanor, his sons and Fingon did. (Largely) unrepentant rebel, yes, kinslayer, no.

The published Silmarillion doesn't line up with LOTR. That's what I meant. She will always be a kinslayer to me.
