I mean, I don't know whether it's good or bad (haven't seen it), but there have been plenty of not great movies that have been hits and some good movies that were flops. Brand names and franchises do help, sometimes, but they aren't everything - I submit Superman IV: The Quest for Peace (if you watch it, I totally understand you disliking me intensely for bringing it to your attention)

Just because you don't like something, that doesn't make it unlikeable.

This! It's okay to not like things, even popular things. It doesn't make you wrong for not liking it and it doesn't make other people wrong for liking it. There doesn't have to be a *reason*.
