I consider this sexual abuse" Do you believe you'd have the right to be so dismissive? Would you really say to her, or in a forum where she could hear it (like the internet) that she would be wrong to feel this way? Would you really say to her "It was a 7 yo girl doing what a curious 7 yo girl would do"?
Would that make you scum? I think it would.
Now what about people who're in simular situations? People who went through the similar of stuff and does consider it to be rape (I know one such person) How do you think they'd feel seeing this?
Yes, her sister not caring is a good thing and it means no damage was done this time, but that does not change the nature of the acts performed.
