on rewatches Linda Hamilton is not realllllyyyy that great of an actress. T2 is especially terrible but at least she has Edward 'whiny voice' Furlong to make her look better.

how does it feel to be so wrong

Come on, she goes from being a more typical soft-voiced damsel in distress in the first movie to being a ripped ass-kicking heroine who busts herself out of the institution to save her son, that's some fine work right there.

Yeah, but anon has a point. Linda Hamilton looks the part and has an amazing physique, and I loved her in the role (which is iconic). But if you're criticizing acting - well, she was not the greatest actress either.

She's far from the worst either.

Oh, of course - but imho so are Matt Smith and Emmilia Clarke. They're not the greatest actors ever, but they're decent and enjoyable to watch to me.

But, see, now.... How can you tell? I mean - i couldn't stand up there and do what she did. In the first movie she was kind of normal-person-confronted-by-trauma!-and-crazy!!! and she played that well, I thought. And in the second movie she was hardened, closed off, scared and emotionless, until she kind of broke done and had some emotion. Which i also thought she played well.

I mean - EVERY actor is better than what i could do, so i honestly can't tell how someone is 'bad'. I mean - sure, porno actors suck, but i've never watched a movie with a so-called 'bad' actor and gone 'wow, they suck'. So i don't get it.
