Re: Online You vs IRL You

I'm a lot more open and willing to share things about myself online than in real life. (As in feelings and such, not my address or full name) I feel like I'm generally more honest online too, as I tend to default to little white lies about a lot of things irl. I don't know why, as it's quite easy for my irl friends to stumble upon my online life, but it still feels a lot more secure to share a lot of things on an open blog than when actually physically interacting with someone.

My internet friends would most likely be surprised if they met me in person yeah, as I get quite anxious when meeting people irl for the first time and I'm a million times more guarded about everything.
