I looked up Cater too, but apparently, a lot of people misspell Sam Carter (Stargate).

There are other service industry AUs out there. Off the top of my head, I can think of a couple of handyman ones, landscapers, computer techies/tech support, cashiers, mechanics, etc.

I've personally seen restaurant, tattoo parlour, and sex toy store, among others. These are hardly super common, though. I think it depends on the fandom. One of mine, while replete with highschool/boarding school/Hogwarts AUs (make it stop) seems to have barely any coffee shop or bakery ones.
