don't, but I def could.

I used to think I couldn't because I'm too extroverted, but then I got really tired of annoying roommates. I can still go out and have a social life, but I like having a place to go when I want privacy, too. And I really like having control over my living environment.

It's also nice to have a place I can bring people over to, as part of said social life, without interference from people I don't know/like. And it's also instant privacy should I need some next time I find myself with a bf (privacy can be surprisingly hard to find).

I'm exactly the same way. I am an uber extrovert, but I want my living space to be mine, privacy included. Plus, like you said, it's nice to be able to invite people over without having to check to see if it's okay.
