I'm game to give it a try, if not to just take my username of choice.

8. Similarly, slurs will not be allowed in URL's, unless they're reclaimed slurs, in which case "the community" will be allowed to vote on whether or not they should be allowed or not. Because, literally, there is no way that that could go wrong! ("We’re thinking of putting slurs which might have been reclaimed to a vote, allowing the community to determine what will and will not be allowed in URLs.")

Yeah, this one really worries me, because, even if "the community" agrees that it's okay to use certain slurs in their URL's, there's on way to actually police if the people using said slurs in their url's are actually people that can reclaim the slur without going into creepy territory (at least, to me).
