She hasn't had much screentime yet, so of course characters like Sam and Natasha are more interesting than her. That's not really a fair comparison. If she's still not very interesting after being in a movie for more than like--- five total minutes, then fair enough. But that's not the case. They barely HAVE a dynamic as of yet in the film. Judging it already seems premature. Perhaps they'll really pull it off in the next film.

That being said, we also don't know if she's Peggy's niece in this 'verse, do we?
