It wasn't the holidays, but I think the best one I got for my sister was for her 17th birthday. Prior to giving it to her, my brother and I teased her by saying it was something both of us wanted, but we were giving it to her. We teased her so much she was almost in tears and told us to take it back.

The morning of her birthday, before school, I woke her up and gave her a refurbished NES system with games. There's a small store by my house that sells old systems and with her birthday money, I took her there to buy more games. I won't forget the look on her face that morning because of the three of us, she loved the NES the most and Mom and Dad had given our system away.
