I can imagine myself starting out as the Sidekick/Comic Relief, then eventually becoming an anti-villain. It's slowly revealed that my cheery attitude and humor is a way of covering up my cowardice. I soon find a way to protect myself, the ultimate source of power, and it corrupts me. I trigger a series of horrible events and almost kill my friends. I realize how far I've fallen. I sacrifice myself to save the others. The end.

That's quite a character arc, anon.
