How so? Dwight was certainly antagonistic toward Jim, but he rarely went out of his way to mess with him.

I know there were other instances, but the one that really sticks out in my mind without a rewatch right now is the snowball fight episode. Dwight was really, really cruel, moreso than Jim ever was. Jim may have pulled pranks, but he never did anything so nasty as to make Dwight afraid and reduce him to tears.
