Re: Preparing for exams

* Resist the urge to cram or pull an all nighter until you drop. People generally don't retain information well under those circumstances.

* Don't just read/reread what you need to know, write it down. The action of having to write (or type would also work, I guess) is that it emphasizes the information in your brain, you're processing it twice and will be more likely to recall it later.

* Get a good night's sleep and eat a good breakfast before exams. Nothing too rich that will upset your stomach, but something filling. Oatmeal with fruit is a good option. Eggs and toast.
