Re: Preparing for exams

Come up with a schedule to study. Write down when your exams will be, then write when you will study for them and for how long. Plan at LEAST two study sessions before each exam, and include more if possible. Even if it's just for a few minutes between classes. Note cards will help make micro-study sessions more doable, since they're portable and you can focus on one aspect if it's giving you trouble.

Schedule time after each exam to reward yourself, even if it's just with a cup of tea or hot chocolate.
