some people prefer co-op situations to pvp ones and their reasons can extend far beyond "i'm not/i don't feel good enough." as someone who does play games competitively, the environment is completely different from others and is often downright toxic. not everybody is equipped or willing to tolerate that, regardless of their skill level.
