It's right up there with casting Will Smith as Deadshot in the Suicide Squad movie.

I like Will Smith but that's such an ODD casting choice and it doesn't fit the character at all. Deadshot being a white trash asshole with a ridiculous mustache is an essential part of what makes Deadshot Deadshot -- it's why his original New 52 rendition didn't work because it was not that.
