I've seen that linked before and as someone who's been living in Japan for 10+ years going to those events, scanlating and translating both legally and illegally...

I think it's decent advice *for the most part* but some of it is just plain shit. "Too bad so sad" is not good advice for someone who doesn't know Japanese. Having interacted with a lot of these doujinka, it's just xenophobia and ~ohnoes the scary furreners are gonna read my porn~
