I am deeply behind because I don't live in the US. Thank you so much for not spoiling me.

I actually love Princess Bubblegum precisely for those reasons. I can see why she could have been friends with Marceline, although at least Marceline has an excuse for not having human-type morals.

I can totally see what drew the two of them together. Although Marceline doesn't horrify me the way PB does, probably because she's not a ruler with power over thousands and because she just doesn't exercise her amorality in the same way. She's totally small scale.
