While I kinda understand how it is shitty to have your stuff reposted without your permission, second thing which pops up in my mind when someone is screaming bloody murder because someone reposted their mediocre fanart piece is: "Welcome to the Internet. Or were you expecting something else?".

I always thought it was within the common sense that a) once you post it, you are probably never gonna get it completely removed; b) once you post it, there is probably nothing perfectly stopping people who do not care about your terms doing whatever they want with your artwork; c) if you liked it, then you shoulda put a big fat watermark on it (won't stop them, but makes it more difficult).
