You're not wrong, OP. I find the hate in that tag really alarming. It's pathetic.

But the #Moffat Hate tag exists so that you can Tumblr Savior it if you don't want to see it.

The name actually came from a post from a Moffat fan, asking people to use that specific tag so that they could add it to the list of tags that they DIDN'T see.

Then, of course, came the people capslocking about how horrible Moffat's "haters" were, and see how much we all hate him, we even admit it in the very name of the tag.

(After that I started tagging my criticism #Moffat Crit instead. But I announced it, so that any of my followers could add that to their Tumblr Savior lists before I started using it, and I'm still careful about using that tag so that any of my followers who have it blocked won't see it.)

This is literally a "don't like, don't read" situation. If criticism of Steven Moffat bothers you, blocking the tags it appears in will filter a lot of it out of your feed.
