I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "laggy" so maybe I'm wrong but what I'm imagining doesn't sound like something a video card would fix.

And I don't think you can use two, either. I had to replace mine recently and it caused all kinds of conflicts and issues having two installed (I *think* I got it sorted out now, at least I hope so).
