Cystar. Teen Titans fans might find it bearable, but the other thing should be left in the 80's.

I was looking for large forestry machines, the largest possible ones, for a story I was writing and I searched "big loggers" and I should have known better. I never did find anything on the biggest forestry machines.

Not a google image search, but a tumblr tag search: I searched Yugioh and all was good, then I searched Yu-Gi-Oh and all was creepy hentai (why is everything so sticky in hentai??!?). Beware the Yu-Gi-Oh tag on tumblr.

Not me but my sister. She's always loved cats, and, at the tender age of 8 discovered the internet. When she was done looking at pictures of "cat" she asked the search engine for "pussy".

I had similar results with "Hoe". However, "Snips" was spared this by a certain based character.

"Dildoes" because I heard it in La Vie Boheme but didn't know what it meant. They sing it while listing food so I assumed it was some sort of food.

I forget, but a lot of the time if I look up actors to make a secret, I get interesting photo manips. Even with strict safe search.

Not a search, but my cousin wanted to go to the website for Dick's Sporting Goods once and went to www.dicks.com.

... It didn't go to Dick's Sporting Goods at the time.

For an art project, I needed a picture of a throat with stitches in it. I googled stitched throat. Google autocorrected to stretched throat, and filled up my screen with porn.

Then I told it what I actually meant, and got a graphic photo labeled "throat slit for snitching."

Tried searching for stuff with a "worm's eye view" and ended up with eyes with worms in them.

Hmmm....

Stuff where on-topic stuff was unpleasant was mostly medical stuff, but that was stuff I was actually googling for to see what it was so doesn't count, I think.

Off-topic stuff has mostly been porn. Turn on 'safe search' if you look for pictures of miko in a public space...2/3 of what I got was for a porn actress named Miko. But the worst was when I was searching for pictures of Fluttershy (like with miko, this was reference for a drawing). I didn't think I needed to bother with safe search...I expected to see porn, I just didn't expect to see so much of it...once again, the safe stuff was swamped. And some of it was pretty gross.

When I was young and new to the internet, I liked searching on Google for images of my favorite Pokemon and Digimon so I could print the prettiest pictures out and decorate my room with them.

Unfortunately, Renamon was one of my favorite Digimon. Cue the first page of the google image search having about four official images taken from the show and the rest being r34. Thankfully, I was too young to understand what was going on, all I knew was her facial expressions weren't "pretty" and thus were never printed out.

I don't regret it. I am glad you regret it. That's kinkshaming, and that's horrible.

It's not regrettable in the "let me rip out my eyeballs and then bleach the bloody sockets" sense, but I had a wtf-inducing experience.

Back when I was an art major, I was looking for a picture of a little girl with a fairly specific hairstyle for a project I was working on.

So, like a n00b, I searched on "pigtails."

And the results were ALL porn.

Since I had an assignment to finish (that I had been procrastinating on for half the semester) and did not want to waste valuable panicking drawing time scrolling through page after page of Somebody Else's Kink, for the first time in my life, I turned on Safe Search.
