DA. "Cis" comes from university research projects and started being used by cis people :P . It's just a category (eh, I know some people like to wrestle in mud over politics, but on my side of the internet it has always been neutral) and is convenient for statistics.

Dunno how long it had been used world-wide, but it's nifty in Polish.
