Cumberbatch is a good actor who looks nothing like Doctor Strange. Considering how good the MCU has been up to this point with casting lesser known (or at least not wildly famous, with few exceptions) actors who look like their comics counterparts, it really makes me feel like the casting decision wasn't made on the basis of the character at all.

And for more shallow reasons, I'm sick of his fans. They're the reason I left Star Trek fandom, and they very well might be the reason I leave MCU fandom.
