You do realize that a lot of people celebrate Christmas in a secular fashion, right? They take the time to put up a tree, eat too much, spend time with the family, and play Christmas music without focusing on the religious aspects of the holiday.

Personally, the capitalist in me congratulates anybody who can churn out another version of whatever saccharine Christmas song is in vogue at the moment and make a few dollars at it.

I don't think anyone who is going to be getting together in my family's Christmas Eve party is actually Christian in more than the generic cultural sense. But we're going to get together and eat too much and drink a little and open presents and yeah, probably sing a few Christmas carols. Because that's what we do on Christmas. And it's really about getting together as a family.
