It actually seems like brother/girl/brother and sister/boy/sister are really common (and normal?) fantasies irl, which is slightly odd to me considering how squicky most people irl find incest.

I don't think there's anything inherently wrong/dangerous about what you're reading, but what you're feeling doesn't sound good for your mental health. It does remind me of the Wincest "bubble" mentioned upthread––you get led around by your clit for long enough, and eventually you start losing perspective. It's a very creepy feeling. You might benefit from taking a break from reading fic (or at least from reading porn) to give your brain time to get detached from your junk. That often helps me when I'm in similar situations.
