To finish out the reference for those who do care, #2 is Cecil Palmer, host of Welcome to Night Vale. (Looking nothing like the voice actor who plays him, though that's arguably not important.)

Arguably not important? Kevin and Cecil are supposed to look identical. Kevin's voice actor is black and Cecil's is white. Someone's going to not look like their voice actor anyway.
