It's not against the law to consume. It's against the law to produce, because they've altered legislation that was originally aimed at video pornography from eleven years ago to cover the internet.

The reason that it covers what it does is because they don't believe that female ejaculation is a thing and that it's urine, and the rest is banning suffocation and violence.

I mean it's still terrible legislation, and an extension of our regressive approach to freedom of expression.

I don't know enough about the specifics of british porn produced under this legislation. Although I guess the argument would be that deppthroat lacks the time and complete envelopment of facesitting.

Yeah when I read that I was really confused. They banned any sort of urination in pornography, which includes female ejaculation. idgi.

Welllll the female ejaculation you see in porn isn't real. It usually isn't pee but is often just water pushed out when they "orgasm".

This is why I always laugh when my British friends are like WHY DOES YOUR COUNTRY PERMIT HATE SPEECH?!?!?!?! And they always act like our emphasis on free speech is just so WEIRD and almost as barbaric as our gun culture.

Constantly let down by just how pathetic the ECHR is. For all intents and purposes the 'you have a right to freedom of speech' is treated as 'I mean free speech is good and all when it's nice speech, but we didn't want to protect bad speech, let's not go crazy here'.
