Yes, exactly. The other reason why I don't find the "I'm on a budget and can't afford expensive art!" argument weak is that well, owning art is a luxury. Always has been. It's great to be able to afford it, of course, but it's not a human right so arguing that you're broke so someone should draw you bishie Thorki art for a dollar doesn't really fly.
