1) when people say they don't watch/play certain things because of the sexualized women, do you then ask them how they feel about men in the same situation?
2) how often do you even SEE men in the same situation?
3)... what on earth context could there possibly be that would explain that bottom outfit in a way that has nothing to do with "boooooooooooooobs"???

In KLK, clothing is made of parasitic fibers that basically turns people into slaves of the fashion industry or something. Or so I've heard.

da
I actually watched the first episode. Wasn't really getting into it, way too weird, but the main girl was pretty spunky and I liked her. But when I saw that outfit, I laughed myself to tears and had to give up. How are her nipples not gonna slide out of those suspender things? Oh yeah, parasitic fibers. duh. haha..

Maybe it was hot out and she was trying to avoid underboob sweat.

Wrt 3), that isn't even the worst outfit. At least she has like a mini skirt--one of the other characters is just straight up thong, and the term thong only vaguely applies.

3) It's the equivalent of Borat's mankini. The point is that it's fucking uncomfortable, ridiculous and embarrassing, but that's the price of the power you get for it. She and her Nemesis are the only ones who have the power to wear them, as in, fuck social conventions of modesty and fuck shame, if it makes me stronger, I'll wear it.
It is *not* sexy, and not meant to be. The whole series is about how "clothing separates and oppresses people". The point is that while this is social criticism of a society that uniforms its children and workforce alike, and otherwise also is all about appearance, it is well aware that the whole premise "clothing separates and oppresses people" could well be a cheap premise for crack porn, and plays with it.

(Btw. I grew up with nudism and it taught me that the human body is nothing to be ashamed of, and nothing inherently sexual, and then Freu taught me that there is sexuality in everything we do. It's nothing bad.)
