1. IP logging is not used indiscriminately. IP logging is not, to my knowledge, being abused to dox, harass, or otherwise harm legitimate anons (and named users going anon). Nor is it being used to dox or harass or otherwise harm the trolls!

2. Frozen threads prevent wank and keep FS on a fairly neutral emotional keel. Deleted comments are ONLY (that I have seen) deleted at the poster's request. (Unless it's really egregious or something.)

Bans are unnecessary, due to 1. and 2. above.
