YES! Also, it is only one season.

Very wonderful portrayal of war. Wonderful characters. And (if you are into men) hot, hot men.

Band of Brothers is amazing. You should watch it anon, but be prepared to have your heart ripped out.

This was miles better than The Pacific, as far as WWII miniseries go. It maintains the same tone throughout, and is respectful to the subject matter. I watched it with Ari, and would definitely recommend it.
