Except you really couldn't have a better mod for this comm. Daily, timely updates, prompt responses to questions or concerns, and actually listens is awesome.
Not to mention maintaining distance from getting too personally involved with the community that it changes/grows on its own. Not that mods shouldn't be active within their comm, but half the time mod drama happens is because of how they engage their members (if not ridiculous mods drama). The reason it's so easy to see people say these idealising things about ours is because he mods like a boss.

btw, IP logging shouldn't matter to you unless you actually think case is going to somehow endanger you because he figured out you enjoy being a sycophant, or maybe a dick rod, on multpiple posts (anon, puppet, not puppet, etc.).

And the few folk who have been banned definitely deserved to be. No one is going to be sad about the absence of crude and repetitive assholes.

Were you around for homette? Legendary asshole that one, and was quite perf at the art of riling near everyone to the point folk would ask case to do something. Still more entertaining than the bland trolling we get these days, but we were much bigger then.

I'm also assuming bringreligiontothewamwams, though I'm not too sure if they just abruptly stopped.

That you even have to think if there ever were bans or warnings shows how lax this place is, and that it's waaaaay far off from anyone's claim that it's stiff. And you still can't ban anonymous anyway, which is where the most mean-spirited stuff is coming from.

I doubt wamwams was banned. They were annoying, but we've had way more annoying named users here than them. I'd bet they just got bored and left.

And I agree! We're overall pretty lax.

No recs, sorry. Iirc you'd have to go through 2008+ archives. What about chixb4dix? Remember/heard of her? I think they were more notorious since they never had a moment you thought they were anything but nasty.

I've seen many people mention chixb4dix but I've also never seen anything she's written. She was also gone before I started coming to F!S regularly.
