Faramir threatened to kill Gollum (for no reason) if Frodo didn't admit they were together, then had him captured, tied up, and tossed around (again, for no reason), leaving Gollum convinced Frodo had betrayed him. Basically the only truly dickish thing he did, but still pretty bad considering how it sent Gollum off the deep end after he fought so hard against the voices in his head.
