You shouldn't think of CLAMP romances as regular romances, they have this soulmates thing going on. It's weird I know, but they are weird ladies.

Let's not forget they portrayed a romance between Seishirou and his mother, and kind of made it innocent and sweet too (although creepy). Don't think it means they support incest. It's just how those weird ladies roll.
