I get the porn, I get the wanting to see two hot/cute/whatever you wanna call them girls together, but I don't get how anyone can agree with Bryke about it. I can't get how people don't see it for the asspull it is. I can't stand people being blind to the bad writing. I mean yeah, your ship is canon, but it completely fucked with the ending, how can people just accept that?

Also, "bad writing" is completely subjective. You're freaking out about people not agreeing with you about what's, first of all, a children's cartoon, and second of all, something that isn't a matter of fact but of personal taste.

I've seen a grand total of three episodes of Korra (season 3) ever from when I was staying at a friend's and I can see the basis for this ship just from those three episodes. Hardly seems like an "asspull" to me, there was enough ground to build on even back then.

They were. But they interacted so little in season four, they basically had no time to develop the relationship.

I don't get your argument at all. You're agreeing with me that they were close in season three (which was what I got from those three episodes I saw), so why would they need a ton of interaction in season four to develop the relationship if that closeness was already there before it? The relationship was already developed, it just wasn't (to my understanding) a romantic one yet.
