These burrito things. Basically, I brown a half pound or so of meat with sage, salt, garlic powder, and fennel seed, then add two tablespoons of taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of water, and let that cook down. For the veggies, I chop up three roma tomatoes, a green pepper, a can of black olives, and four or five green onions, then mix them all together with a few sprinkles of Italian seasoning.

Spoon the meat and veggies onto a flour tortilla, add the cheese and salsa of your choice, wrap, and enjoy. It makes about eight without skimping on it, and we don't have to pretend it's healthy because it actually is.
