Blank Space is about how the media perceives her, and she's literally mocking them. It's not about a relationship per say, but her relationship with the media.

Shake it Off is about shaking off bad feelings and not letting negativity get you down. Literally, that's what she intended the meaning to be. If you don't believe me, watch an interview with her about the song.

And I'm a latent TS fan, like I used to hear her music and either switch the station or just leave it and let my mind wander. I actually went out and bought this album and really grew to like her this year, so please don't assume I'm being a hater.
