I watched my boyfriend play through Bayonetta on Hard and my only comment was 'how the hell can you tell what's going on?' because there were THINGS, EVERYWHERE. And he enjoys that sort of shit but man, it's not for me(I get frustrated with Normal often enough as it is...).

Your boyfriend must be fucking incredible then, haha. Seriously, I had to train to get through that game on normal. (Like, literally do the missions over and over again so I could buy myself more lollipops to use on bosses, get the feel of the gameplay, learn how to defeat different enemies, etc. I spent a lot of time replaying the same bosses because they were just too much for me. How anyone makes it on the hardest difficulty dumbfounds me.)

More like incredibly fucking stubborn. :P (He's the kind of person that relishes hard-modes, not on every game, but with most he will complete every difficulty setting).

Man I only played a little bit of the game and I was done pretty quick because I just couldn't get the hang of it, like it's almost like button bashing but not quite? And that was Easy as well I think, me and that game, did not click.
