I'd like to lose 30 more pounds for a goal weight of 160. I lost 70 pounds in 2014 but have been stuck at ~190 for several months. Time to buckle down and work out!

I'd be happy with 15 lbs for me. But congrats. (Back to walking half-marathon distance would be nice, or even 10k.)

You lost 70 pounds? Damn, you are a freaking rockstar! Keep going to your goal weight, definitely, but take a moment to appreciate yourself and your hard work, because that is seriously awesome.
