I loved DA2, because of the combat and because Hawke just comes to life with whatever personality you may choose. Playing DAI now and I'm nowhere as attached to the inquisitor as I was with Hawke. Also the AI is really stupid and you can't fix it with the dumbed down tactics. I hate that I can't set the tactics to make the AI perform detonations.

I've heard much about Inquisition's moron AI.

I can't say I liked the AI in DA2, though. Yes, it would perform the skills you wanted, but they were still dumb as fuck. Like if you set a character to "long-range" and an enemy backed them into a corner they would stand there and do nothing. I fiddled with the stupid skills and AI settings so much and my allies still died all the time without intense micromanagement. I wanted them to be able to get out of the damn way, not fire off skills on command.
