I disliked (and I think many others) disliked that there was literally nothing you could do to have a even somewhat 'good' end. Orgins for all you say is edge dark grim gr is lighter and gives you more chances to do actually GOOD in the land, good that is not undone in a fucking time skip. I also disliked the Mass Effect style diagloue options from DA:2. I want to know what my character is going to say not have to hope that the choice doesn't come off assholish when you just mean to sound a little sarcastic.

Tl;dr edition: DA:O - good ends possible, more choices, all the choices DA: 2 everything ends badly, railroads all the way down, what do you mean you want to decide things?
